Dal 2005 a Locorotondo, in quel magico angolo di Puglia chiamato Valle d’Itria, il LOCUS si è sempre distinto nel panorama italiano con un perfetto equilibrio tra qualità e popolarità delle proposte, posizionandosi fra i festival musicali più all’avanguardia in Italia.
Il Locus è partito da una dimensione locale, ma subito con una evidente ispirazione globale sviluppata con amore e dedizione lungo questi anni. Tutto nel Locus, dal nome stesso, al logo, al cartellone artistico ed al contesto territoriale è “glocal”: nella valorizzazione del luogo si apre alla globalità artistica, al turismo consapevole, al superamento dei confini geografici, anagrafici, economici, stilistici.

Locus means place, and the name of the town of Locorotondo express the circularity of the historic center and the global inspiration of the festival.
